HOUSTON—Steve Branstetter, CEO of the $505-million People’s Trust FCU, has passed away.
Branstetter joined People’s Trust in 2011 after earlier serving in leadership roles at Clearpath Federal Credit Union and JSC Federal Credit Union, now known as Wellby.
He was a graduate of Southwest Baptist University, obtained his Master of Business Administration at Baylor University, and was a Credit Union Development Educator as well as Certified Credit Union Executive.
“Our hearts go out to the People’s Trust team, as well as their future co-workers at First Service Credit Union,” said the Cornerstone league.
