NOVATO, Calif.—Another car has crashed into a credit union.
Bay City News reported a Chrysler PT Cruiser crashed into the front of a Community First Credit Union office on the 1500 block of South Novato Boulevard.
No one was injured.
Novato police were called to the branch after receiving reports of a vehicle collision. An investigation determined the driver had accidentally stepped on the accelerator instead of the brake. Impairment was not believed to be a factor, according to Novato police, Bay City News said.
The CU’s office was temporarily closed while it was inspected for structural damage.
