HARRISBURG, Penn.– Pennsylvania State Employees Credit Union today is launching a “SwipeStakes” sweepstakes that offers members a chance to win one of 15 monthly prizes of $500 through the end of the year each time they swipe their PSECU credit or debit card.
Each transaction made with a PSECU debit or credit card between 12:00 a.m. (ET) on Oct. 1, 2020 and 11:59 p.m. on Dec. 31, 2020 will count as a SwipeStakes entry.
“The more you use your PSECU credit and debit cards, the more chances you’ll have to win one of 45 total $500 prizes,” said Vice President of Marketing and Membership Development Barb Bowker. “Every transaction you make through the end of 2020 counts for one entry in the SwipeStakes, so use your PSECU cards to pay for your Thanksgiving turkey, Black Friday shopping spree, and all the gifts you buy this holiday season.”
According to PSECU, three separate monthly drawings will be conducted to randomly select 15 winners in each month for a total of 45 $500 prizes. Drawings will be held on Nov. 9, 2020, Dec. 8, 2020, and Jan. 11, 2021, for the months of October, November, and December, respectively. Winners will be notified by email and/or telephone.
PSECU members without debit or credit cards and non-members can also participate in the SwipeStakes by mailing a 3x5 inch piece of paper, handwritten with full name, date of birth, phone number, email, and mailing address to the credit union. Participants will receive one SwipeStakes entry for each envelope received before 11:59 p.m. on Dec. 31, 2020.
