HERSHEY, Penn.–The Pennsylvania Credit Union Association has elected a new chairman and vice chairman of the board.
Jeff DeBree, CEO of Penn East FCU, was elected chairman, while Rick Stipa, CEO of TruMark Financial Credit Union, was elected as vice chairman. Additionally, Joe Gimble, CEO of Citymark FCU, and Jay Reed, CIO of Service 1st FCU also joined the Association Board as new directors.
DeBree has served as the vice chairman of the board since 2015 and represents credit unions with total assets more than $50 million and up to $250 million. Stipa previously served as a board director representing credit unions with total assets more than $250 million.
DeBree served as treasurer of the Pennsylvania Credit Union Foundation board and on the Association’s Government Affairs and Regulatory Review Committees. Stipa served on the Audit Committee and the Government Relations and Pennsylvania State Advisory Committees.
