Old-Fashioned CU Philosophy, New Commitment To Growth Makes Low Registration Cost Possible

AUSTIN, Texas–How has the very low registration fee to attend the CUTomorrow Conference been made possible?

CUToday.info wants the credit union community to know it’s due to the generosity and credit union spirit of the CUs and others who will be on hand to share their success strategies, as well as the support of a number of solutions providers.

“The CUTomorrow Conference was developed in the spirit of credit union cooperation, which is much talked about but sadly often not practiced,” said Frank J. Diekmann, Cooperator in Chief at CUToday.info, which is co-sponsoring the event. “It may sound old-fashioned, but it isn’t just about people helping people, but credit unions-helping-credit unions that is the key to future growth. And that’s the foundation of the CUTomorrow Conference.”

The CU Tomorrow Conference, scheduled for Sept. 9-11 in Austin, Texas, is priced at just $499 for the full two-and-a-half-day event. That price has been made possible by all of the speakers agreeing to wave any speaking fees, as well as support from Catalyst Corporate, Volcorp, Harland Clarke, CU*Answers, Emery Financial Group, CUNA Mutual AdvantEdge Analytics, and Your Marketing Co.

James L. This & Associates is also co-sponsoring the meeting and also waiving any fees for its work in helping to organize and manage the event.

On the Agenda

The agenda features some of the leading CU success stories published by CUToday.info that speak to real-world accomplishments in lending, new member onboarding, employee onboarding, cost-control, walletshare growth and much more. In addition, the meeting will open and close with sessions led by Filene and Dr. Jim This, respectively, on how to get the most out of the meeting and how to successfully implement change once attendees return to their credit unions.

There will also be an hour of Q&A on day one with all of the first-day speakers, and a bonus session at which real-world solutions to challenges faced by each attendee will be “crowd-sourced,” allowing other attendees to offer ideas and suggestions drawn from their own experiences on how to arrive at a fix.

More information on the meeting can be found at CUTomorrow.info.
