The newest location, inside its branch in North Haven, is part of what Nutmeg State Financial CU described as its “significant expansion across Connecticut as well as its growing accessibility for members.

Similar to Nutmeg State Financial’s office in Milford, Conn., the DMV Express allows Connecticut residents to easily process license renewals and replacements as well as personal information changes. The service, which was featured in CUToday.info here, is available to all Connecticut drivers and ID holders.

“We are also excited to introduce the ability to make license-renewal appointments online, up to two months in advance, at both North Haven and Milford,” said Nutmeg Financial CEO John Holt. “All of our technology focuses on ease of use whether for Nutmeg transactions or DMV Express. We look forward to serving more people quickly and seamlessly!”

The $8 convenience fee for using the DMV Express service is waived for members of the credit union.
