Nowacki To Exit as CEO of Connecticut League

Jiill Nowacki

MERIDEN, Conn.–Jill Nowacki, CEO of the Connecticut Credit Union League, is leaving the position effective May 15. Nowacki has led the organization for the past five years.

Nowacki’s announcement was made prior to the CCUL’s just concluded 85th annual meeting at the Connecticut Convention Center in Hartford.

Nowacki did not provide a reason for the departure, but CUToday.info was told she has not accepted a new position.

League Chair Michael Hinchey, CEO of Hamden's Crosspoint FCU, said the league will launch a search for a new chief executive.

Nowacki joined the Connecticut league in late 2013 from Maps Credit Union in Oregon, where she was vice president of development and as executive director of its community foundation.
