MADISON, Wis.–The Credit Union Development Education (CUDE) program is seeking nominees for three awards.
The National Credit Union Foundation, which oversees the CUDE program, said its Credit Union Development Education (CUDE) Program Awards provide U.S. trained development educators (DEs) the opportunity to honor those individuals who exemplify what DE stands for through their individual or cooperative efforts to make a difference in their credit union, community or on a national/international basis.
These awards will be given in the following three categories:
- Individual Achievement: This award honors a single individual for the significant impact he/she has made to their credit union, community or on a local, national or international basis and/or the DE Program.
- Lifetime Achievement: This lifetime achievement award honors an individual who has made a significant and lasting contribution to the credit union movement and the DE program over several years of service.
- Cooperative Spirit Award: This Cooperative Spirit Award honors a group of DEs who have completed a collective or cooperative project that has made a significant difference to a community, school, a credit union or the greater credit union movement.
