HERMITAGE, Penn.—The $69.5-million Mercer County Community FCU has named Sandi Carangi as its new CEO.
Carangi succeeds David Killa, who is retiring after 27 year’s as the credit union’s chief executive. The credit union, established in 1957 as Shenango Valley Teachers FCU, has 9,700 members.
