BATON ROUGE, La.— Neighbors FCU has launched the “Blueprint for Financial Success Program,” which it said is an initiative aimed at “empowering members with personalized financial guidance.”
“This program helps with financial planning and builds meaningful relationships between the Neighbors FCU staff and the community,” the credit union said.
According to the $1.35-billion Neighbors FCU, its members can choose from three tracks:
- Credit Building and Budgeting Solutions, which offers tailored advice for building credit and managing finances.
- Purchasing A Car, which offers guidance on securing the best loan terms during the car-buying process
- Purchasing A First Home, which offers support through the home-buying process, from choosing mortgages to closing deals.
After enrolling, NFCU said members will be contacted by a Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor to schedule an appointment in person, by phone, or virtually, who will listen to the member’s financial goals, challenges, and concerns, and together they will create a unique blueprint for success.
