BATON ROUGE, La.—Neighbors Federal Credit Union has named Jody Caraccioli president and CEO, effective January 2027.
Caraccioli, who currently serves as CFO, will succeed current CEO Steve Webb as he transitions into retirement after years of dedicated service, the CU said.
With more than two decades of executive leadership experience in the credit union industry, Caraccioli brings a proven track record of financial stewardship, innovation, and a deep commitment to Neighbors’ mission of serving its members and community, the organization said.
Caraccioli has served as CFO of Neighbors FCU since 2008, overseeing more than $1.4 billion in assets and leading the organization through significant periods of growth and financial stability.
