National Young Professionals Virtual Conference Set for Mid-January

WASHINGTON—The National Young Professionals Virtual Conference will be held Jan. 13-14, 2021.

“This is a great opportunity for credit union young professionals to connect with peers across the country and learn how credit union history and philosophy aligns with their job functions,” said Kristin Ryan, CUNA’s director of learning events. “Young people who understand there is a mission behind what we do are better able to turn their credit union career into a lifelong passion.”

Antonio Neves, an internationally recognized workplace speaker, career success coach and author, will serve as emcee of the virtual event. The author of three books, Neves penned the best-selling book for young professionals, “50 Ways to Excel in Your First Job.”

Scheduled session topics include:

  • Setting yourself on the path of increased workplace success
  • Building your personal team
  • Being your own benefactor
  • Leadership lessons and best practices
  • Goal setting for 2021
