WASHINGTON–The National Cooperative Bank has announced several additions to its board of directors, including Gigi Hyland, executive director of the National Credit Union Foundation.
Joining Hyland are Josh Ablett, chief information security officer with Adelia Risk in New Bedford, Mass.; Thomas Fink, SVP-managing director with Trepp in New York, and Curtis Wynn, president & CEO of the Roanoke Electric Cooperative in Aulander, N.C.
The NCB said Debra Huddleston, partner at Ajax Partners, will be NCB’s new board chair, and Patrick Jury, the former president of the Iowa Credit Union League and now principal with Patrick S. Jury Associates, will be vice chair.
