WASHINGTON– The National Credit Union Foundation said it is currently seeking candidates for board, as it has eight seats with terms expiring at the end of 2023.
According to the NCUF, five seats are eligible for applications—four incumbents will seek re-election—while the remaining three seats are appointed by CUNA, the American Association of Credit Union Leagues (AACUL), and TruStage.
To be considered, applications must be received by 5 pm CT on Nov. 1.
“The Foundation’s role as a catalyst is to ignite the credit union movement’s focus on improving financial well-being for all,” said Executive Director Gigi Hyland. “To support this work and to inspire change at a local level that has national impact. The strategic leadership of a committed, activist Board of Directors is critical to that work.”
