ALBANY, N.Y. – The New York Credit Union Association said it has partnered with Vibrant Creative to provide the state’s credit unions with a preferred agency that offers marketing, creative and consulting services.
Vibrant Creative, based out of Delmar, N.Y., is a brand development and online marketing agency. The agency was founded in 2002 and serves a wide variety of businesses and organizations, including numerous credit unions across the state, the NYCUA said.
Under the agreement, the NYCUA said Vibrant Creative will provide a complimentary marketing assessment to every NYCUA member credit union that requests it. Additional services—including branding and marketing strategy, design and writing services, website design and development updates, video production and photography, online and social media marketing, email marketing, and tracking and reporting—will be provided at a preferred and reduced rate, according to the association.
How Partnership Came About
The partnership was facilitated after a number of the state’s credit unions expressed to NYCUA their need for marketing, branding and creative assistance according to the association.
“It’s no secret that modern credit unions need to do more with less,” said NYCUA President/CEO William J. Mellin. “For many credit unions, their time is rightly being spent focusing on member service, regulatory compliance and day-to-day operations. That leaves little time to focus on marketing and other membership growth strategies. Vibrant Creative has a well-established track record of assisting credit unions in these areas, and I’m confident New York’s credit unions will find their expertise and services extraordinarily valuable.”
