PORTLAND, Maine–The New England Financial Executives Council, a nonprofit professional association for credit union executives in northern New England has announced that its Spring 2016 meeting topics will be:
- “Current Hot Topics in the NCUA Examination” presented by Tim Segerson, deputy director of the Office of Examination and Insurance, NCUA.
- “Panel Discussion on Internal Auditing” presented by Mark Carrier of Ouellette & Associates, P.A., Alison Herrick, CPA, Principal from MacPage, LLC, Rod Sigurdson, Internal Auditor for Vermont State Employee’s Credit Union.
The meeting will be held Friday May 6, 2016 at the Embassy Suites, Portland, ME. Registration will at 8:30 AM with the program beginning at 9:00 AM. Registration for this educational program is available at the Council’s website at www.thenefec.org. The cost of the educational program is covered by the annual dues charged Council members, or is $150 for non-members.
