ALEXANDRIA, Va.–NCUA has released a new video that it says helps federal credit unions to better assess their field of membership needs.
The “Strive to Thrive” video is available on the agency’s YouTube channel.
“A strong membership base is ultimately the cornerstone of a credit union’s success,” NCUA Board Chairman Debbie Matz said. “I encourage credit unions to take full advantage of the resources we have made available to help them increase membership penetration and growth. A growing membership base often leads to loan, share and net worth growth.”
Strive to Thrive provides an overview of the various field of membership types available to federal credit unions. The video also identifies expansion and conversion opportunities available for each field of membership type.
Strive to Thrive is part of NCUA’s Consumer Report series developed by the Office of Consumer Protection.
