ALEXANDRIA, Va.–NCUA tomorrow will host a webinar on its proposed plan to close the Temporary Corporate Credit Union Stabilization Fund.
Interested parties can register here. The webinar is scheduled to begin at 2 p.m. ET, and there is no charge to attend.
Attendees will use this same link to log into the webinar, and you should allow pop-ups from this website. Once registered, attendees can submit questions in advance at WebinarQuestions@ncua.gov. The email’s subject line should read, “Stabilization Fund plan.”
Larry Fazio, director of Examination and Insurance, and Rendell Jones, chief financial officer, will discuss the agency’s proposed plan and take questions.
According to NCUA, the webinar will only cover questions about the proposed closure plan, and it is not intended to take stakeholder’s comments on that plan. To submit comments on the proposed plan, go to the Federal Register webpage for instructions. To comment on the agency’s proposed rule on a possible Share Insurance Fund distribution, follow the instructions on the Proposed Regulations webpage.
