ALEXANDRIA, Va.– NCUA has issued six prohibition notices and one prohibition order.
The individuals named are prohibited from participating in the affairs of any federally insured financial institution.
Issued the prohibition orders were:
- Benedict Anthony III, a former employee of Tucson Old Pueblo Credit Union, Tucson, Ariz., who was sentenced on a charge of facilitation to commit theft.
- Margurite Mary Cofell, a former employee of St. Francis Campus Employees Credit Union, Little Falls, Minn., who was sentenced on a charge of credit union fraud.
- Soraya Y. Cote, a former employee of Hanscom Federal Credit Union, Littleton, Mass., who agreed and consented to the issuance of a prohibition order and agreed to comply with all its terms to settle and resolve the NCUA board’s claim against her.
- Tamara Ann Dangelo, a former employee of Pinpoint Federal Credit Union, Milton, Penn., who was sentenced on a charge of receiving stolen property.
- Charity Hope Erickson, a former employee of Citizens Community Credit Union, Devils Lake, N.D., who was sentenced on a charge of misapplication of entrusted property.
- Grace Garza, a.k.a. Grace Valencia, a former employee of Space City Credit Union, Houston, who was sentenced on a charge of embezzlement.Susanna Guajardo, a former employee of Space City Credit Union, Houston, who was sentenced on a charge of embezzlement.
