ALEXANDRIA, Va.– Registration is now open for NCUA’s fifth summit focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion. The in-person event will take place July 9–11 at the Hilton Minneapolis in Minneapolis.
“The 2024 DEI Summit will allow stakeholders to share their thoughts and best practices on how to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion within the credit union system and at the NCUA,” Chairman Todd M. Harper said in a statement. “I encourage all stakeholders to participate in this year’s Summit, deepen their commitment to DEI principles, and draw inspiration from a broad range of talent and perspective.”
NCUA said the theme of this year’s Summit is DEI: Here to Stay.
“Attendees will explore the value proposition of diversity, equity, and inclusion in the credit union industry and at the NCUA; share best practices; develop solutions to industry-specific challenges; and network with one another,” NCUA said.
There is no cost to attend.
