ALEXANDRIA, Va.— NCUA Chairman Kyle Hauptman is inviting credit unions to provide suggestions and feedback on the agency’s operations and initiatives to assist in developing the NCUA’s 2026–2030 Strategic Plan, which guides the agency’s operational and budgetary priorities, the agency said.
“As we reimagine the NCUA, I invite the public to review the NCUA’s 2022–2026 Strategic Plan and encourage you to provide your feedback and ideas,” Hauptman said. “Tell us what’s overly burdensome, what could be done better or quicker, and what do you think NCUA is doing that is not creating value.”
Stakeholders can submit their feedback and suggestions by emailing AskNCUA@ncua.gov. The feedback received will inform the development of the agency’s 2026–2030 Strategic Plan and its 2026–2027 budget.
