ALEXANDRIA, Va.–NCUA is inviting credit unions to participate in the first-ever Financial Regulatory Agencies’ Diversity and Inclusion Summit, set for Thursday, Sept. 13, in New York City.
“Diversity in the financial services sector, including the credit union industry, has a major impact on business decisions and growth potential,” the agency said in a statement. “At the Diversity and Inclusion Summit, hosted by the NCUA and other federal financial institutions regulators, you’ll learn about leading industry practices and hear from credit union representatives, other financial institutions, and participating regulators. There is no charge for participating in this Summit.”
