ALEXANDRIA, Va. – NCUA has scheduled a special closed meeting today beginning at 1 p.m.
As is customary, the agency has not identified the reason for the meeting, but previous closed meetings have often been related to putting one or more CUs into conservatorship. There has been some speculation that today’s meeting may be related to a taxi-medallion lending credit union, although CUToday.info has not been able to confirm that.
