ALEXANDRIA, Va.—NCUA on Thursday announced it will hold its first open board meeting since September, scheduling a public session for Dec. 18 at 10 a.m. ET.
The agency cancelled its October and November meetings.
The agenda includes a briefing on the agency’s 2026–2027 budget, which calls for a 23% reduction in spending from 2025, as well as an update on the Share Insurance Fund.
The meeting will take place at NCUA headquarters, and will also be livestreamed on the NCUA’s website and YouTube channel.
