ALEXANDRIA, Va.—This Thursday at its open meeting the NCUA board is scheduled to address the 2022 Normal Operating Level for the Share Insurance Fund and also vote on three final rules.
The NCUA board members will also vote on final rules related to mortgage servicing assets, complex credit union leverage ratio, and subordinated debt.
On the agenda are:
- Final rule, parts 702 and 703, Complex Credit Union Leverage Ratio
- Final rule, part 703, mortgage servicing assets
- NCUA’s 2022-2023 budget
- Final rule, parts 702 and 741, subordinated debt
Several of the credit union trade groups offered their feedback on the NCUSIF’s Normal Operating Level during last week’s budget briefing, of which CUToday.info had extensive coverage here.
