ALEXANDRIA, Va.--NCUA issued one prohibition order and one prohibition notice in December.
The following ndividuals are prohibited from participating in the affairs of any federally insured financial institution:
- Soundra M. Lopez, a former employee of County & Municipal Employees Credit Union in Edinburg, Texas, agreed and consented to the issuance of a prohibition order and agreed to comply with all of its terms to settle and resolve the NCUA Board’s claims against her.
- Latrese Williams, a former employee of Northwest Baptist Federal Credit Union in Seattle, pleaded guilty to the charge of theft. Williams was sentenced to four months in prison, three years’ supervised release, and was ordered to pay $460,485.65 in restitution.

Violation of a prohibition order is a felony offense punishable by imprisonment and a fine of up to $1 million.
