NCUA Bans Three People From Credit Unions

ALEXANDRIA, Va.—NCUA has issued prohibition orders against three people:

  • Kimberly Kent, a former employee of Milledgeville Community Credit Union in Milledgeville, Ill., pleaded guilty to the charge of embezzlement. Kent was sentenced to eight months in prison, two years supervised release and ordered to pay a fine of $5,000 and restitution in the amount of $15,455.47.
  • Debra Kinney, a former employee of Border Lodge Credit Union in Derby Line, Vt., pleaded guilty to the charge of embezzlement. Kinney was sentenced to three years in prison, five years supervised release and ordered to pay restitution.
  • Amanda Plisko, a former employee of Wilkes-Barre City Employees FCU in Wilkes-Barre, Penn., consented to the issuance of an order of prohibition to avoid the time and expense of administrative litigation.
  • Kelsey Selman, a former employee of Milledgeville Community Credit Union in Milledgeville, Ill., pleaded guilty to the charge of embezzlement. Selman was sentenced to two days in prison, three years supervised release and ordered to pay a fine of $4,000.
  • Victoria Rozanski, a former employee of Ellwood City Holy Redeemer Parish FCU in Ellwood City, Penn., pleaded guilty to the charge of embezzlement. Rozanski was sentenced to ten months in prison, three years supervised release and ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $118,157.31.
