ARLINGTON, Va.— NAFCU is offering a complimentary webinar next week focused on recent changes in consumer behavior, including the adoption of contactless payment methods and other digital solutions.
Participants will include Mission FCU CEO Debra Schwartz, Webster First FCU CEO Mike Lussier, Strategic Resource Management SVP Larry Pruss, and NAFCU CEO Dan Berger, who will:
- Discuss the new normal for credit and debit card trends
- Review changes in interchange fees and regulations
- Share some of the innovations anticipated to come out of the pandemic
The webinar is slated to begin at 2:00 p.m. ET May 27. While the webinar is complimentary, registration is required. NAFCU said participants will be able to easily submit questions to the presenters at any time during the live broadcast.
CUNA Offering Two Webinars
Separately, CUNA has announced two upcoming webinars.
CUNA is also offering a free webinar to its affiliated CUs called, “Pandemic + My Career = What Do I Do Now?” The webinar is set for May 28 and will provide career development guidance for young professionals during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The webinar will be led by from nationally recognized speaker, author and coach Antonio Neves. Attendees will explore the importance of having a personal development plan, building a network and finding ways to get engaged and noticed for future promotions.
Registration is available here. For credit unions that can’t attend the webinar live, the recorded webinar will be available beginning on May 29.
Separately, CUNA has announced a Coronavirus Pandemic – Returning to Work Considerations webinar, which is free to affiliated CUs.
“This webinar explores key considerations related to reopening and staffing credit unions, including practices to protect against spreading the virus in the workplace and an overview of relevant OHSA and HR compliance laws,” CUNA said.
