LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla.–NACUSO’s new president and CEO, Ronaldo Hardy, introduced his vision for the organization during the group’s Network Conference here.
Hardy, who has been in his NACUSO position for less than a year, acknowledged his appearance at the meeting was his first, but he said the organization has a “very exciting future” as CUSOs continue to grow in importance in credit unions.
“It’s important we grow alongside one another and we are asking you to be actively engaged,” said Hardy, who also introduced his wife and four children to attendees. “There are a lot of things that we will be introducing, communities that are coming, more professional development, ways that we test new ideas. We want to be a hub that helps to scale solutions for our industry and one of the ways that we see it is that we are stewarding the entrepreneurial ecosystem for the credit union industry.”
Hardy urged anyone who is not a part of NACUSO to join the organization.
“We want to make sure that you are a part of the journey,” Hardy said.
