RICHLAND, Wash.— More than 50 credit union women from 15 states and Canada gathered here for the Global Women’s Leadership Network’s seventh annual Executive Readiness Summit.
The event was designed to engage credit union women with thought leaders, industry experts and one another to learn more about how to unlock authentic leadership, what kind of leader they are and can be, as well as the cognitive science behind leadership, according to the GWLN.
The event was sponsored by Co-op Solutions, PSCU, eLeadership Academy and TruStage, and hosted by HAPO Community Credit Union.

During the eight sessions held over two days, the GWLN said presenters focused on authenticity and science to help “attendees steer their ships towards leadership and learn how to be an authentic, resonant and inclusive leader.”
