EDWARDS, Calif.–More executive positions at credit unions continue to be added to CUToday.info’s free job board, the Gig, including two CUs seeking new leadership at the very top.
In Edwards Calif., Edwards FCU is looking for a new chief financial officer. “It’s an exciting time at Edwards as we grow and expand. Just nine months ago we opened the doors at our new flagship branch and administration building in Palmdale and it is already the talk of the town,” the credit union said.
In California, Santa Cruz Community CU is looking for a chief lending officer. “This is a chance to make a significant contribution with a leading-edge credit union engaged in a growth strategy to expand by offering best of class products both digitally and through community commitment,” the credit union stated.
In Olympia, Wash., Washington State Employees CU is seeking a new chief marketing and analytics officer who can “tell our story in a way that resonates with the people we want to serve.”
Other new positions added include a listing from NAFCU, which is looking for a new director of regulatory compliance, and Pasadena FCU, which has an opening for a marketing manager.
Looking for New CEOs
In Elkton, Md., Thiokol Elkton FCU is seeking a new president. “This individual will guide the credit union and its small team to growth through visionary and inspiring ideas,” according to the credit union. “…The ideal President will be a visionary leader, a strong communicator who can engage effectively with multiple stakeholders, and a financial services expert that is well-versed in all operations of a credit union.”
In Plymouth, Mich., the $1.2-billion Community Financial CU is also looking for a candidate to become its next president/CEO.
“We have embraced our connection to community as much more than just a name, totally dedicated to the financial soundness of those we serve,” the credit union said. “We have grown our membership by always keeping their best interests top-of-mind and our commitment to providing exceptional service and giving back has driven our success.”
Other credit unions that have added job openings to the Gig include Cy-Fair FCU in Houston, which is seeking a VP-lending, Greylock FCU in Pittsfield, Mass., which is seeking a senior VP/CIO, and SMW 104 FCU in San Leandro, Calif., which is looking for a new director of digital channel opportunity.
Additional Openings
More than two-dozen openings in all are listed in the Gig. The job openings range from the East Coast to the West, are from credit unions across the spectrum of assets sizes.
