ASHLAND, Ky.–Members Choice Credit Union reported it has been selected as one of the winners of the 2016 Excellence in Operations, Sales & Service Award by the CUNA Operations, Sales & Service Council.
The CU was selected in the asset category of $150 million to $500 million.
According to the credit union, the application for the award was filed by employee David DeBoard who entered using the title “Excellence in Service through the Customer Care Chain.” The Customer Care Chain is Members Choice Credit Union’s program to give members quality service, the credit union said.
The award will be presented at the 19th Annual CUNA OpSS Council conference Sept. 28 to Oct. 1 at the Cosmopolitan Hotel in Las Vegas.
