MICHIGAN CITY, Ind.—Members Advantage Credit Union has launched a new family and friends “appreciation” program that pays a reward for referrals to the credit union.
For every new friend and family member a member refers, MACU said it will put $25 in that members’ savings account and deposit another $100 in the savings account of the person who is referred and who then joins the credit union.
To participate, a member can pick up a referral card at any MACU branch, or print one from its website. If a family member or friend agrees to join, the member just fills out the referral card and gives it to that new member/friend to take with them when they sign up.
