ENOLA, Penn.–During January, Members 1st Federal Credit Union said it will be showing its appreciation for its more than half a million members as part of its third annual Member Appreciation Month.
The campaign is themed “We Love Our Members.”
“Members 1st associates will celebrate five generations of members across nearly 60 branches, in its communities and through its online platforms,” the $7.2-billion credit union said. “Throughout January, associates will randomly select members to receive gift cards or exclusive Members 1st promotional items. Branch managers will also host ‘Food Friday’ events to support and celebrate local business members.”
Online Opportunities
According to Members 1st, members who live outside of its 10-county footprint will also have opportunities to join in the celebration by participating in contests on social media channels and through digital banking, where members could be randomly selected to receive gift cards and other prizes.

Our associates take great pride in getting to know our members and helping them through all of life’s moments and milestones,” President & CEO Mike Wilson said in a statement. “We are so grateful for the opportunity to both recognize our members in fun ways throughout Member Appreciation Month and to support them in their financial journeys year-round.”
Randomly Selected Winners
The credit union said that during Member Appreciation Month it will be randomly choosing four winners–one each –to receive a $500 deposit into a Regular Savings Account, as well as one winner who will enjoy a VIP ice hockey experience to watch either a Lehigh Valley Phantoms or Hershey Bears home game.
The credit union said there will also be a special grand prize revealed to members and followers mid-month.
