CENTRALIA, Wash.—A Centralia man has been arrested for allegedly threatening to return to an office of Fibre FCU with pistols, Longview Daily News reported.
The man allegedly threatened a staff member, telling the person to check his account for errors, stating more money should have been in the account, Longview Daily News explained.
A public defender has been appointed to represent 63-year-old Steve M. Fullerton, who is currently being held without bail in Cowlitz County Jail, Longview Daily News said.
As stated in the police report, officers from the Longview Police Department responded to a call from the Fibre FCU office at the Triangle Center at 11:40 a.m. Oct. 18, regarding a man who was irate over issues with his bank account, Longview Daily News said.
Tossing Eggs
Dispatch told arriving officers Fullerton was throwing eggs at the building, Longview Daily News said.
Two people, one a teller, told police Fullerton cursed at them and "clearly said" he would return to the credit union with two Colt .45 pistols "strapped to his hip," the police report states. He told the teller he wanted to review how the CU totaled his account funds, while holding the weapons, Longview Daily News said.
After being detained, Fullerton yelled at the arresting officers and refused to obey their commands, the report says.
According to jail records, Fullerton was arrested on suspicion of felony harassment, Longview Daily News said.
