WESTBROOK, Maine–The Maine Credit Union League has launched a redesigned website at www.mainecul.org, where it says the look and content have been completely updated.
"Our top priority for our new site was to have a site with the user experience in mind. We wanted a site that would be innovative, intuitive and interactive for our visitors and users,” said Todd Mason, president/CEO of the Maine Credit Union League. “With a greater emphasis on improving navigation and enhanced resources, we believe the new site delivers all that and more. Our site has become a leading destination and source of information for not only staff and volunteers of our member credit unions but also consumers, legislators and the media. This new site greatly improves how we deliver information and the ability of our visitors to access it.”
Mason added that the goal of the new site is to stay fresh, current and provide information and resources for credit unions and other constituencies. “We anticipate adding more video content to the new site, and utilizing technology to its fullest on the new site.”
According to Mason, the site “embodies the spirit of cooperation among credit unions, and the strength of the Maine CU System. Credit unions in Maine continue to grow at a healthy rate, and having a site that is reflective of that growth and the increasing popularity of credit unions is imperative. We are excited at the launch of the new site but believe this is just the beginning as we will be updating and enhancing it on an ongoing, continuous basis.”
