MIDDLETOWN, Penn.–MY CU Services said it is partnering with Softmart, a supplier of complete IT solutions, to offer a consultative approach to IT purchasing.
This new service, called Tech Essentials, allows credit unions and businesses to update their current IT equipment, software and licensing with the help of technology experts, according to My CU Services, which said that “by utilizing Tech Essentials, an institution can learn what brands and types of equipment and software will be most suitable to their business needs.”

Tech Essentials said it allows businesses to purchase products through a convenient online ordering system. Among the brands available to customers are Adobe, Apple, Arcserve, Dell, ESET, HP, Jabra, Kaspersky, Lenovo, Microsoft, Sophos, Symantec, Veritas, VMware and others.
