EAST LANSING, Mich.–MSU Federal Credit Union has been named on Fortune’s 50 Best Workplaces for New College Grads list.
MSUFCU was ranked number 46 based on employee feedback and new job growth.
The 50 Best Workplaces for New College Grads list was determined through a survey conducted by the Great Place to Work recognition program, which selected companies with a high volume of job growth as well as impressive recruiting and hiring numbers for new grads. The workplaces selected also excelled in providing great employee experiences in areas important to recent graduates, according to Fortune. Information was collected from approximately 600 companies, where employees rated their organization in areas including development opportunities, purpose and meaning behind their work, whether promotions are fair, and more.
