COLUMBIA, Md.– The MD|DC Credit Union Association has announced its new board and executive committee.
Laura Eacho, EVP/chief operating officer at Educational Systems FCU, has been named as the new board chair. Eacho, who has been on the board since 2017 and most recently served as vice chair, replaces outgoing Chair Rick Wieczorek, president/CEO at NIH FCU, the association said.
The Executive Officers
In addition to Eacho, executive officers for 2023-2024 are:
- Vice Chair: Kristin Shultz, president/CEO, Spectra Credit Union (at-large director)
- Treasurer: Jeff Goff, CEO, WSSC FCU (at-large director)
- Secretary: Becky McKenzie, president/CEO, WEPCO FCU (Western MD chapter director)
In addition to Eacho and Goff, also elected to three-year terms was Eric Church, president/CEO, First Financial FCU of Maryland (re-elected, at-large director). In addition, Vicki Johnston, president/CEO, Nymeo Federal Credit Union, was named to the board as the Suburban Chapter Director.
