WEST JORDAN, Utah—Mountain America Credit Union and the Utah Jazz have announced the first winner of their joint “Pass It Along” promotion. MACU and the Jazz said that Camp Kesem is the first recipient of the promotion, which over the course of the season will reward each of five local charitable organizations with $5,000.
Camp Kesem offers free summer camps for children whose lives have been impacted by a parent’s cancer diagnosis.
Camp Kesem was presented with the $5,000 donation prior to the Jazz game versus the Miami Heat at Vivint Smart Home Arena.
In addition to the $5,000 donation, Camp Kesem received a visit from Mountain America Credit Union President and CEO Sterling Nielsen, who gave away tickets to the game.
