SPOKANE, Wash.—School Employees Credit Union of Washington here has launched an auto loan promotion that also generates funding for extracurricular activities at local schools.
SECU-Washington is rebating 1% (up to $350 per loan) of members’ loans or refinances to the school of their choice, known as “giveback recipients,” through June 30.
The flagship participant in the program is Mead High School, which is seeking to raise funds for a new semi-trailer to move band equipment. It will receive a May rebate check during a grand opening of SECU-Washington’s new office in Spokane Valley.
