Liberty Bay Credit Union Intro’s new Website, New Tools

BRAINTREE, Mass.– Liberty Bay Credit Union has rolled out a new website.

The credit union said the new look reflects its identity as a “full-service, modern financial institution that offers a robust set of financial products and digital capabilities without sacrificing the personalized service that members have come to expect over the last century.”

“We always like seeing our members in person, but in today’s world we know how important it is for them to get access and support when and where they need it,” said President/CEO Lyn Matteson in a statement. “We have spent a great deal of time developing the new site to make sure it is member-focused and very easy to navigate.”

According to the $708-million Liberty Bay CU, highlights of the new site include:

  • A Simple Menu: The CU said the new lay out allows users to find the resources they need quickly and easily
  • Support Centers: Visitors will have many self-service support options with a FAQ page for specific product and services questions and easily accessible ways to get in touch if they can’t find what they need
  • Education Resources: Updated blogs offer financial tips and advice and interactive calculators put members in the driver’s seat when it comes to their financial well-being by estimating loan payments, developing a plan to pay off debt, and more.
  • Community Section: Allows for grant and donation requests and easy submission for scholarship applications

Liberty Bay CU Director of Marketing Cassie Brown said the site is designed to enhance the CU’s tagline, “Uncommon Courtesy,” by providing “member service that goes beyond what is expected.”
