ADRIAN, Mich.— The $136-million Lenco Credit Union has named Fran Brant as its next president and chief executive officer, effective May 1, 2026.
Brant joined Lenco last year as VP of consumer lending. She has more than 30 years of experience in lending and has lived in Lenawee County her whole life, WLEN said.
She succeeds Ben Neal, who is retiring after 41 years with the credit union but will remain on as a consultant. The Lenco board said Brant’s deep community connections and extensive experience make her well suited to guide the credit union into its next chapter.
