TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – The League of Southeastern Credit Unions & Affiliates said it has launched a new, private, online platform community called “Connect.”
“This community’s initial use is for LSCU Council programs, but its use may be expanded over time,” LSCU said. “Connect will give credit union staff the chance to interact in real time, like other social media outlets. This platform will enable users to network with peers and hear from subject matter experts and vendors.”
With Connect, users can access meeting materials, videos, and other resources, LSCU added.
A Core Value
“One of the league’s core values is communication, and we can’t think of a better way to enhance communication than with the launch of the Connect platform,” said Patrick La Pine, CEO of LSCU & Affiliates. “Throughout the pandemic, we were reminded how important it is to stay connected and just how convenient it is to do so using digital platforms. This platform will provide a better way for council members to stay connected with peers and other key contacts within their areas of discipline.”
The association said the Connect platform is the result of a partnership with Breezio.
