ORLANDO– The League of Southeastern Credit Unions (LSCU) has announced its 2024-25 board and leadership. The board officers were elected following the LSCU Annual Business Meeting.
The LSCU board of directors is made up of 18 credit union presidents/CEOs, with credit unions in Alabama, Florida, and Georgia each electing six representatives to the board to serve three-year terms. Each board member represents a specific state and credit union size of membership.

The leadership of the new board includes:
- Chair, Richard J. “Rick” Skaggs, president/CEO, USF Federal Credit Union
- Chair-Elect, Ola Anise, president/CEO, Azalea City Credit Union
- Vice Chair, Roy Bibb, president/CEO, MidSouth Community Federal Credit Union
- Treasurer, Bobby Michael, president/CEO, All In Credit Union
- Secretary, Steve Moseley, president/CEO, MIDFLORIDA Credit Union

“I am honored at the opportunity to lead the LSCU Board at this incredible moment in the League’s storied history,” said Skaggs in a statement. “As LSCU continues to explore new ways to better serve our members in innovative and impactful ways, I am confident that the greatest days yet are on the horizon for credit unions throughout Alabama, Florida, and Georgia, and I appreciate the confidence of our members in choosing me to help steer us into this amazing next chapter.”
