DALLAS—LEVEL5 is behind the design and building of two new credit union facilities.
It has entered into an agreement to plan, design and build a new community branch for Neighborhood Credit Union at a location to be determined. The project is expected to be completed late 2015/early 2016. The company reported that LEVEL5 initially partnered it in 2009 to help develop and implement a retail growth strategy.
The new branch will utilize an open floor plan concept to allow for better member interaction and engagement.
In Woodbridge, Va., meanwhile, Belvoir FCU has unveiled its largest branch as part of a “Renovation Celebration.” The branch, which was designed and developed by LEVEL5, features high-tech options such as remote teller stations, instant cash recyclers, multiple teller pods for transactions, and an open office concept to promote more communication between members and frontline employees.
In addition, the branch offers iPads for members to use while in the branch, a café setting, and media walls for flat screen televisions to highlight the latest news, weather, and credit union information.
