LOWELL, Mass.—Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union has signed a five-year agreement with the Lowell Festival Foundation to be the premier sponsor of the Lowell Summer Music Series.

In 2012, Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union partnered with the Lowell Summer Music Series and Lowell Festival Foundation in a three-year agreement to serve as the premier sponsor.

The nonprofit Lowell Summer Music Series – which hosts performances at Boarding House Park – held 18 concerts last summer in various musical genres, including rock, pop, folk, reggae, jazz, blues, country, and an annual Banjo & Fiddle contest as well as numerous children’s concerts.

“We are thrilled to continue our partnership with the Lowell Summer Music Series by helping to provide affordable outdoor concerts for residents of Greater Lowell,” said Mark Cochran, president and CEO of Jeanne D’Arc. “The Lowell Summer Music Series provides outstanding musical performances. We are proud to be a part of continuing that tradition.”

The festival has been taking place for 26 years.
