‘Reinforced’ Value of Savings
“The economic challenges of the pandemic have reinforced why strong savings habits are so important to long-term financial health,” said interim President and CEO Mary Svoboda. “Through our participation in America Saves Week, we hope to provide valuable information and resources to support our members in all of their savings goals.”
America Saves Week started in 2007 and provides an opportunity for organizations to promote good savings behavior, encourage individuals to assess their own savings habits and inspire Americans to commit to saving successfully. America Saves is a non-profit organization that is an initiative of the Consumer Federation of America (CFA).
