MADISON, Wis.–The World Council of Credit Unions will host a webinar today titled “Digital Transformation: It’s Not an IT Thing.” The event begins at 11 a.m. ET.
“Digital transformation does not necessarily mean quickly replacing all your technology solutions and business processes simultaneously,” WOCCU said. “Instead, it’s an evolution over time. It’s not enough for a company’s leaders to champion digital transformation. Digital transformation success is dependent on every department and employee within a company adjusting their mindset.”
Three Key Areas
According to WOCCU, during the event attendees will learn the three key areas where they can “adjust the way they approach work to prime their departments and organizations as a whole for success in digital transformation.”
The event will be led by Shahani Perera, SVP-digital transformation with Innovation Federal Credit Union in Canada.
