Interfaith FCU, Holston Methodist FCU Complete Merger

MONTCLAIR, Calif.– Interfaith Federal Credit Union is reporting it has completed its merger with $16 million Holston Methodist Federal Credit Union (HMFCU) in Knoxville, Tenn.

“We are delighted to welcome the members of Holston Methodist FCU to our Interfaith credit union family,” said Ramon Noperi, president and CEO of Interfaith FCU. “This merger provides greatly expanded services and access to the members of Holston Methodist FCU including the CO-OP network of ATMs and shared branching, extensive on-line services including mobile banking apps, 24/7 member service and so much more. We look forward to providing faith- based products and services to our new members for many years to come” continued Noperi.

The $130-million Interfaith FCU was chartered in 1948 as United Methodist FCU to serve the financial needs of Methodist ministers in Southern California and Arizona. It has since expanded to provide financial services to members and churches in the United Methodist faith community, the Episcopal diocese of Arizona, Los Angeles and San Diego, as well as the Hawaii Conference Foundation of the United Church of Christ. It has office locations in California, Arizona, Maine, Missouri, South Dakota and Tennessee.
